Shipping Policy around South Africa

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days (Gauteng) and 2–4 working days (rest of South Africa) following fulfillment.

Please note that we operate Monday to Friday only and do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. As such, these days are excluded from the stated delivery timelines.

Customers are kindly requested to ensure that someone is available at the designated shipping address to receive the order. Any parcel received and signed for on the customer’s behalf will be deemed successfully delivered. It remains the customer’s responsibility to arrange for a trusted individual to accept delivery where necessary.

Taxes & Levies for International Orders: 

International order delivery timelines may vary based on location. Please ensure you're available at the shipping address to receive your order. All orders received and signed for on your behalf will constitute as shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure there is a trusted person at your address to receive your order. 

IMPORTANT: All International orders exclude any Taxes and Levies incurred during delivery
