Return & Refund Policy
At CapeGlowCo., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns :
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To start a return, contact our support team at capeglowco@gmail.com . Please include your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges : If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
Non-Returnable Items :
Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items (if applicable) cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
